RW: Nina + Brian @ Inn at Longshore

Uncategorized

I usually don’t like to play favorites with my weddings, they’re like my kids. But Nina + Brian’s wedding is one that is very close to my heart. Not only was the couple fabulous to work with (which included the assistance of the amazing planner Amy Champagne), but their wedding + style was signature Roseville. Fun, fresh, while still elegant + thoughtful. Bonus: their wedding was just featured on Style Me Pretty! Here’s a new little thing I’m doing for my blog posts – one shot of the progression of the paper story! For the save the dates, they wanted to be a little more relaxed + fun. And what’s more fun than watercolor + gold foil? I loved all the sparkle touches against the soft blushes + pinks! For the invitation, we went a bit more elegant with subtle watercolor branches + blush envelopes. I loved the calligraphy style from the fabulous Belles Lettres Calligraphy! It’s important to me to think about the entire tablescape–linens, china, flatware–when I design the day-of paper. This way I can create an overall look that is thoughtful + well-balanced. So many fun paper details! The coasters for guests to put on their glass so they aren’t taken while they dance are my favorite. Nina + Brian, thank you for being such a beautiful, stylish + relaxed couple, and letting me come along for the ride in your wedding planning!

I’ll miss our chats about paper details + baby nap schedules, and wish you the best on your continued journey as a family of three.
